Donghua University's Chemical Fiber Engineering Research Center is a school-level engineering research center with superior technological strength and product level in Donghua University. The staff structure is based on the original National Seventh Five-Year and Eighth Five-Year Plan projects. Professionals from the School of Materials Science, Automation, and Mechanical Engineering select and select engineering research and development institutions that are set up. They are mainly engaged in chemical fiber, textile, machinery, electrical automation, and other scientific research work and the promotion of scientific research results.
The center currently has three professors, six associate professors and six senior engineers, and supervises more than ten doctors and masters. With nearly 20 years of engineering development practice experience and strong new product development capabilities, the national scientific and technological research projects undertaken by him have won the first prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress award, and the second prize of Zhejiang Province scientific and technological achievements. In 2002, the Center was merged into the School of Materials of Donghua University. Relying on the advantages of the scientific research results of the Center, through the interdisciplinary interdisciplinary integration, the Center further exerted its advantages in engineering development and accelerated the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements.
